Docs How to use Tidy

Use records to run your pipeline

Build a shared tracking sheet for every bid, publish it to the team, and use it as a work queue for agents.

Build your sheet

  1. Open My Hub > Records. There is a row for every bid in progress.
  2. Click + Add column and add what you track, for example:
    • Opportunity Data > Due Date and Assignee to see them beside your columns.
    • A Dropdown called "Stage" with To do, Takeoff, Pricing, Review, Ready.
    • A Number called "Hours" with the unit "hrs".
    • A Function called "Labour cost" with ={Hours}*95.
  3. Fill cells like a spreadsheet. Paste from Excel, drag to fill, Ctrl + Z to undo.

Add views

Click + above the grid and add a Board grouped by Stage to drag bids through your process, or a Calendar on Due Date.

Share it with the team

Open the view's menu and click Publish. Admins publish at once. Members send a request that an admin approves. The record then shows under Published Records for everyone, and edits are live for all.

Use it as an agent work queue

A record is the simplest way to give an agent a batch of work and see the results in one place.

  1. Add an input column the agent reads (such as "Stage" = To do) and output columns it fills (such as "Spec notes" and "Questions").
  2. Ask the Tidy agent, or your own connected agent: "For each bid in my Pipeline record where Stage is To do, read the specs, write the ceiling system in Spec notes, list unclear items in Questions, then set Stage to Review."
  3. Review the board. Turn questions into RFIs and move bids along.

Run the same request on a schedule from your own connected agent, and the record stays current without anyone opening Tidy.
