Docs Features
My Hub
Your home page. Your own bids as a calendar, board or table, your tasks, notifications, follow-ups to approve, records and statistics.
My Hub is your personal home page and where Tidy opens after you sign in. It shows only your work: the bids where you are the lead or on the team, your tasks and the alerts on your bids.
Where to find it
Sidebar: My Hub (under Home). It has three tabs: Main, Records and Statistics.
Main
- Summary bar: total bids, total contract value, active pipeline, won and lost value, win rate and follow-ups due, for the date range you pick.
- Pending Follow-Ups: AI-drafted chase emails waiting for you. Click one to edit it and Preview & send. See Follow-ups.
- My Opportunities: your bids as a Table, Stages board or Calendar. It opens on the calendar's week view.
- My Tasks, Notifications and Activity down the right side.
Stages board
Columns for Undecided, Accepted, Submitted and Needs Revision, plus Won and Lost drop zones. Drag a card to change its status. Dropping on Won or Lost asks for a close date and gives you a few seconds to undo.
Calendar
- Tabs for Due Date, Follow-up and Submitted dates, in Month or Week layout.
- Drag a chip to another day to move the due date or follow-up date.
- Site walks and your own dated tasks show on the Due Date tab.
Notifications
Open alerts on your bids, most urgent first: addenda, date changes, scope changes, overdue bids and your overdue tasks. Click one to see the email or details. Resolve clears it. Send to agent opens a new Agent chat with the alert filled in, ready for you to send. See Notifications.
Activity
Your recent comments and file uploads.
Records
A spreadsheet of every bid in progress, with your own columns and saved views. See Records.
Statistics
Stat cards, a status ring and monthly charts for your bids, with Export PDF. Admins get a Company view switch with company-wide figures and a leaderboard by estimator and client.
On a phone
Opening Tidy on a phone goes to Tidy Mobile, which covers the Agent and Workspaces. Add ?view=desktop to the address to use the full site.
