## Turn it on (admins)

1. Switch to Agent mode and open **Skills & Plugins > Plugins**.
2. Make sure **Bid Follow-ups** is on, with **Background** on for scheduled drafts.
3. Set the **Cadence**, the number of days between follow-ups on a bid. The default is 21.
4. Optional: turn on the **Weekly Follow-Up Opportunities Report** in **Admin > Settings > Reports** so the team gets a Friday email with an **Approve draft emails** button.

## Approve drafts

1. Open **My Hub** and look at **Pending Follow-Ups**, or click **Approve draft emails** in the weekly email.
2. Click a draft. Fix anything you want. Edits save as you type.
3. Click **Approve & send**. With several drafts, **Approve all** sends them in a row.

## Draft one now

On the bid's **Messages** tab, click **New Message**, then **Generate follow-up with AI**. Or right-click the bid and choose **Generate follow-up**.

## When the client answers

- Won or lost: set **Award** on the bid. Lost bids close, and their unsent drafts are removed.
- They want a new number: set the bid to **Needs Revision**, revise the proposal and submit again.

## Tips

- Drafts learn from your sent follow-ups that got replies, so a good first few make the rest better.
- Want a different tone? Edit the drafts you approve. The drafter picks up your wording over time.
