# Weekly reports

> Three team emails on a schedule you choose. What is due this week, which bids need a follow-up, and what nobody has acted on.

Tidy can email your team three summaries each week. Admins turn them on and choose who gets them.

| Report | Default day | What it lists |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Weekly Bid Roadmap Report | Monday | Active bids due in the next 7 days, with client, due date, days left and assignee. Bids due within 2 days come first. |
| Weekly Follow-Up Opportunities Report | Friday | Bids with a follow-up draft waiting, and submitted bids overdue for a follow-up. Includes an **Approve draft emails** button. |
| Weekly Unresolved Bids Report | Wednesday | Invites nobody has accepted or declined, and open notifications, most urgent first |

Each report goes out at 7:00 AM by default. A report with nothing to say is skipped, except the roadmap, which still tells you nothing is due.

## Turn one on (admins)

1. Open **Admin > Settings > Reports**.
2. On the report's card, switch **Enabled** on.
3. Pick the **Day of week** and **Send time**.
4. Under **Recipients**, pick teammates from **Team** or type any email address and press [[Enter]].
5. Click **Save**.

**Send test report now** sends one copy to you only. The card footer shows when it last sent and to how many people.

> Send times are in Pacific time (America/Vancouver). If your team is in another time zone, convert the time when you set it.

All three reports start turned off.

## Statistics

For numbers rather than lists, use **My Hub > Statistics**. It has charts and **Export PDF**. Admins can switch to the **Company view** for company-wide figures and a leaderboard. The Opportunities board also exports to PDF or Excel.

## What the agent can do

A connected agent can trigger a report to send now over MCP. It cannot change report settings.

## Not available yet

No custom reports, no time zone choice, no per-person filtering, and no Slack or Teams delivery.
