Every opportunity has its own page with everything about the job in one place. Open it by clicking an opportunity's name anywhere in Tidy.

## The header

- **Sealed** and phase badges, and a link to the original posting.
- The action buttons for the current stage: **Bidding** and **Decline**, **Submit Bid** and **Log proposal**, **Send Follow-up**, or **Restore**.
- The archive button (trash icon), which asks to confirm.

Under it, a status strip shows the **Bid due** date and time, the **Acceptance** and **Award** statuses, the **Lead estimator** and the **Next follow-up** date. Click any of them to change it.

- **Share all files** sends the files to someone. See [File sharing](https://automatedconstruction.io/tidy/docs/features/file-sharing).
- Click a PDF to view it. Takeoff happens in a workspace, so select drawings and click **Add to workspace**.
- The **Workspaces** view lists this bid's workspaces and **New workspace**.

## Lead and team

The **lead estimator** owns the bid. Click **Lead estimator** to open **Assign Estimator**. The **team** is everyone else working on it. Both count as "mine" on Opportunities, the Hub and follow-ups.

Assigning someone else sends them an email. Assigning yourself does not.

## On a phone or in Agent mode

In Agent mode the bid page opens as a tab beside the chat. On a phone, bid pages use the desktop layout.

## What the agent can do

Pin the bid in a chat (or click **Open in Agent**) and the agent starts with its details and files. It can answer questions about the drawings and specs with page citations, update the bid, manage its team and comments, and work on its RFIs, budget and proposal.
